Kevin is an associate with Olsen, Skoubye & Nielson, LLC and joined the firm in June 2008. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction law, mechanic’s liens, and collections. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked in Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked for the law firm of Hutchison & Steffen doing insurance defense and commercial litigation. Just after law school, Kevin worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Kenneth C. Cory of the Clark County Court, Department 1, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kevin attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah were he studied Political Science and Finance. He graduated magna cum laude from USU in 2003 with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Finance. Kevin attended Gonzaga University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2006. While at Gonzaga he was a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Competition Team, the Moot Court Council, and the Editorial Staff of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.
Kevin is admitted to practice in both Utah and Nevada. He currently is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
Kevin grew up in Ogden, Utah, where he attended Ogden High School. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golf, music and following Gonzaga and USU basketball.
