Tyler S. Foutz
Professional:
Tyler S. Foutz practices in commercial litigation, construction law, real estate litigation and transactions, administrative law, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, lease negotiations, liens, and collections. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, real estate agents, automobile dealerships, small businesses and individuals in these areas of law. He has experience in civil litigation and appeals in both State and Federal court, as well as mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining OSN in 2008, Mr. Foutz was a litigation associate for the Park City law firm of Wrona Law Offices.
Education:
Mr. Foutz graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2005. During his legal education, he served as an editor for the Oregon Law Review. In addition, he spent a summer as a law clerk for the United States Department of Justice Environmental and Natural Resources Division in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Foutz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah in 2001.

Mr. Foutz is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Utah. He is a member of the Litigation and Construction Law sections of the Utah State Bar.
